Context and problem
County and regional labour offices across Poland ran separate portals on an old system. The goal was to replace it and unify all of them.
My responsibility
I was the architect of the Liferay platform and led the team that delivered it.
Decision
One nationwide platform on Liferay 6 for every office, with shared search on Solr and workflows on Kaleo.
Result
A single portal delivered for all county and regional labour offices in the country.
