Contracts across the company were configured inconsistently, and their real costs were hard to predict before signing. The business problem was to unify and control the contracts the company enters into.
My responsibility
I led the engineering team and was the lead architect of the platform.
Decision
A Contract Lifecycle Management platform that configures each contract correctly and simulates its costs before it is signed.
Result
The platform is live and gives the company one controlled, unified way to contract.
